This privately owned holiday home was completed in 2019. The gem is located at one of Denmark's best addresses. The house is located in the first range by the coast and the beach, making it an obvious location to enjoy the long, warm summer evenings. The view can be enjoyed through the large window section at the back of the house, opening right on to the beach.

The house has split levels with grass on the roofs, allowing the building to exist in harmony with the surrounding nature, and the owners do not have to compromise on the beautiful design and functionality.

The house is covered with black-painted spruce profiles from Frøslev Træ. The black colour contrasts beautifully with the white windows and fascia and the grass on the roof of the house. Tegnestuen Hornbæk designed this beautiful holiday home that consists of a large house and a terrace, making it quite easy to enjoy the sea right outside the door.
